Meeting room

Innovative space with a maritime flair.

Flow Room is a cosy chillout room designed in a maritime feel. With 80 sq. m. of space it is perfect for creative meetings, presentations and workshops.

The room is equipped with the modern sound system and Full HD projector. A 540×100 cm widescreen LED screen is also available for use during the event. The room accommodates 25-30 people in a theatre style seating (without tables) or up to 14 people in a workshop arrangement with tables.

Rules for cancellation or cancellation of ordered additional services:

For the Conference and Training Centre rooms

Cancellation of the Conference and training rooms order and cancellation of the ordered additional services are associated with incurring costs:

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the event, a charge of 20% of the order value,
In case of cancellation within 30 to 7 days before the event, a charge of 60% of the order value,
in case of cancellation in less than 7 days is associated with a charge of 100% of the value of the order.

For meeting rooms

Free-of-charge cancellation of the order and withdrawal from any additionally ordered services is possible no later than three business days before the scheduled date of the event.
