Blue Baltic Community: prepare your company to take part in industry trade fairs
How can you make the most of taking part in industry trade fairs and international events? How should you prepare your company, team, and offer so that your presence at an event translates into real business contacts?
On 28 May 2026, the next Blue Baltic Community meeting will take place, aimed at companies interested in growth in the offshore wind sector, international expansion, and effective promotion at industry events.
During the meeting, participants will learn, among other things:
- how to choose trade fairs and events with the greatest business potential,
- how to prepare your company to take part in an industry event,
- how to plan the team’s presence at trade fairs,
- how to tailor promotional materials and the offer to the target audience,
- how to conduct networking conversations,
- how to present the company to partners from Poland and abroad,
- how to plan an effective follow-up after the event,
- how to use trade fairs to develop sales and business relationships,
- how to prepare for participation in events such as WindEnergy Hamburg,
- what forms of support and funding can help companies expand internationally.
The meeting will be attended by expert women with experience in organizing industry events, export, and international cooperation:
- Monika Pain — Event Manager, Polish Offshore Wind Energy Chamber,
- Monika Wójcik — Expert in export and international cooperation, Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
The programme will include:
- a practical workshop,
- guidance on participating in trade fairs,
- examples of activities supporting international expansion,
- Q&A session
- real networking.
The meeting is aimed at:
- companies operating in or planning to develop in the offshore wind sector,
- entrepreneurs interested in participating in industry trade fairs,
- teams responsible for sales, export, and business development,
- companies preparing to enter new markets,
- people looking for practical knowledge on how to promote their company during industry events.
